  1  1    Section 1.  Section 272.3, Code 2001, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  8.  Practitioner preparation program
  1  4 faculty members.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill adds practitioner preparation program faculty
  1  7 members to the list of licensed practitioners from which the
  1  8 governor must choose in making appointments to the board of
  1  9 educational examiners.
