  1  3    #1.  Page 33, line 5, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "455B.200D." the following:  "The manure management
  1  5 plan must also be authenticated by an active
  1  6 contractor as provided in chapter 202 who owns the
  1  7 animals maintained as part of the confinement feeding
  1  8 operation."
