  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5437, to Senate File 2293,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 53, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "structure." the following:  "The applicant or other
  1  5 person required to submit the evidence to the
  1  6 department must submit such evidence not later than
  1  7 twenty-one days after the effective date of this Act."
  1  8    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1  9 internal references as necessary.
