  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 35, by striking the word "seven"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "thirteen".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "amount of wagering revenue
  1  6 that exceeds the amount wagered on live horse races
  1  7 held at the racetrack enclosure during the 2002 racing
  1  8 season.  Any annual".
