  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by striking lines 20 through 23 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "law judge.  However, the
  1  4 evaluation, training, promotion, and discipline of all
  1  5 administrative law judges employed by the division
  1  6 shall remain solely within the authority of the
  1  7 division department."
