  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5272, to Senate File
  1  2 2190, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 7 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    ""Sec. ___.  Section 85.34, subsection 2, Code
  1  7 2001, is amended by adding the following new
  1  8 unnumbered paragraph:
  1  9    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  If an employee is
  1 10 injured and entitled to compensation for a permanent
  1 11 partial disability under this subsection, and if the
  1 12 injured employee's employment is terminated following
  1 13 the injury due in part to the employer not offering
  1 14 suitable work, compensation for the permanent partial
  1 15 disability shall be determined pursuant to paragraph
  1 16 "u" and not paragraphs "a" through "t"."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
