  1  1    Amend Senate File 2258, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "crime" the following:  ", as enumerated in paragraph
  1  5 "b",
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "crime" the following:  "in relation to the position
  1  8 sought, the time elapsed since the crime was".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, by striking line 31 and inserting the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "(a)  Any of the following forcible felonies
  1 12 included in section 702.11:  child endangerment,
  1 13 assault, murder, sexual abuse, or kidnapping."
  1 14    #4.  Page 2, by striking lines 7 through 22 and
  1 15 inserting the following:
  1 16    "(c)  Incest involving a child under section
  1 17 726.2."
  1 18    #5.  Page 2, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1 19 "age" the following:  "except as provided in section
  1 20 272.31, subsection 1, paragraph "e"".
  1 21    #6.  By renumbering as necessary.
