1 1 Amend Senate File 2316 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 8 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "3. By December 15 annually, the state board of
1 5 regents shall submit a report of the activities and
1 6 costs of the sale of any property in accordance with
1 7 subsection 1, including but not limited to the use of
1 8 any proceeds from the sale of the property and the
1 9 environmental cleanup costs for any proposed sale in
1 10 accordance with this section, to the general assembly
1 11 in accordance with section 7A.11A, and to the
1 12 legislative fiscal bureau, until such time as the sale
1 13 of the property is complete and the proceeds have been
1 14 expended by the university, at which time the state
1 15 board of regents shall submit a final report on the
1 16 sale of the property and use of the proceeds to the
1 17 general assembly in accordance with section 7A.11A and
1 18 to the legislative fiscal bureau."
