  1  1    Amend House File 2264, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after 5, the following:
  1  4    "   .  The information and materials provided under
  1  5 this chapter shall contain the most recent medically
  1  6 accepted standards and scientifically accurate
  1  7 information published by the American college of
  1  8 obstetricians and gynecologists, the American medical
  1  9 association, or the centers for disease control and
  1 10 prevention of the United States department of health
  1 11 and human services."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
