  1  1    Amend Senate File 2229 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "institution." the following:  "However, if a child
  1  4 abuse report is made concerning a resident or a person
  1  5 employed by a psychiatric institution, the department
  1  6 of human services shall respond as provided in section
  1  7 232.71B."
  1  8    #2.  By striking page 1, line 19 through page 3,
  1  9 line 27.
  1 10    #3.  Title page, lines 2 and 3, by striking the
  1 11 words "and behavioral health care coverage".
