  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5093, to Senate File 2106 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "parties." the following:  "If the court finds that
  1  5 dissolution is not in the best interests of the
  1  6 majority of the children of the parties as prescribed
  1  7 in this paragraph, the court shall order the parties
  1  8 to participate in mediation and the parties shall
  1  9 participate in mediation prior to the court entering a
  1 10 final decree dissolving the marriage."
