  1  1    Amend Senate File 2118 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 16, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  707B.6  STEM CELL
  1  5 RESEARCH – EXCEPTION.
  1  6    Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted to
  1  7 prohibit the performance of human stem cell research
  1  8 in this state utilizing human stem cells that are
  1  9 derived outside of the state."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
