  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "designee," the following:  "the chairperson of the
  1  5 utilities board or the chairperson's designee,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "departments" the following:  "and the chairperson of
  1  8 the utilities board".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "directors" the following:  "and the chairperson of
  1 11 the utilities board".
