  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 24, by striking the words "Upon
  1  4 request of the victim" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "Unless requested otherwise by the victim".
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, line 8, by striking the word
  1  7 "subsection" and inserting the following:
  1  8 "subsections".
  1  9    #3.  Page 2, by inserting after line 8 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "NEW SUBSECTION.  3.  A victim shall not be placed
  1 12 under oath and subjected to cross examination at the
  1 13 sentencing hearing."
  1 14    #4.  Page 2, line 9, by striking the figure "3."
  1 15 and inserting the following:  "4."
