  1  1    Amend Senate File 2121 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by striking the word
  1  3 "polishing," and inserting the following:
  1  4 "polishing".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 25, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "needed" the following:  "; and provided the person
  1  7 shall not be employed or permitted to combine the
  1  8 chemicals which constitute the detergents, cleaners,
  1  9 or protectants used to wash, clean, or polish motor
  1 10 vehicles other than to dilute the detergents,
  1 11 cleaners, and protectants with water.  However, use of
  1 12 a power washer, ladder, scaffold, or their substitutes
  1 13 by a person employed in work involving motor vehicle
  1 14 cleaning, washing, and polishing, who is fourteen or
  1 15 fifteen years of age, is prohibited pursuant to
  1 16 section 92.6, or rules adopted pursuant to section
  1 17 92.6".
