  1  1    Amend House File 759, as passed by the House, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 10, line 13, by striking the figure
  1  4 "108,688,725" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "109,888,725".
  1  6    #2.  Page 10, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec. ___.  COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE
  1  9 PROGRAM.  The judicial branch shall not eliminate the
  1 10 court appointed special advocate program and shall
  1 11 maintain the funding level for the program originally
  1 12 authorized as of July 1, 2001."
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
