  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3613, to House File 742, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by inserting before line 34, the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Prior to entering into the option to purchase
  1  7 described in this subsection, the existing
  1  8 environmental audit on properties currently occupied
  1  9 by metropolitan medical center shall be distributed to
  1 10 all members of the general assembly.  After such
  1 11 distribution, the option to purchase shall be subject
  1 12 to the review of the legislative council."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
