  1  1    Amend House File 755, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by inserting before line 12, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. 200.  2001 Iowa Acts, House File 259, shall
  1  6 not take effect July 1, 2001, but shall take effect
  1  7 January 1, 2002.
  1  8    Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 200 of this
  1  9 division of this Act, being deemed of immediate
  1 10 importance, takes effect upon enactment."
