  1  1    Amend House File 746, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, line 10, by striking the figure
  1  4 "46,770,200" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "63,900,000".
  1  6    #2.  Page 8, by striking lines 16 and 17 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "Sec. 8.  STATE EMPLOYEES – STATE BOARD OF
  1  9 REGENTS.  Of the funds appropriated in section 6 of
  1 10 this Act, $43,792,434 shall be".
  1 11    #3.  Page 10, by striking line 6 and inserting the
  1 12 following:  "state except for employees of the state
  1 13 board of regents.  The funds appropriated from the
  1 14 general fund of the state for employees of the state
  1 15 board of regents shall exclude general university
  1 16 indirect costs and general university federal funds."
