  1  1    Amend House File 755, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 9, by inserting after line 33, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 135.24, subsection 2, paragraph
  1  6 c, Code 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    c.  Identification of the medical services to be
  1  8 provided under the program.  The medical services
  1  9 provided shall may include, but shall not be limited
  1 10 to, obstetrical and gynecological medical services,
  1 11 and psychiatric services provided by a physician
  1 12 licensed under chapter 148, 150, or 150A".
