1 33 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
1 34 purposes designated, notwithstanding section 8.57,
1 35 subsection 5, paragraph "c":
1 36 1. For technology improvements at community
1 37 colleges throughout the state:
1 38 .................................................. $ 5,500,000
1 39 2. For the twenty-first century learning
1 40 infrastructure:
1 41 .................................................. $ 1,900,000
1 42 Sec. . REVERSION. Notwithstanding section
1 43 8.33, moneys appropriated in this division of this Act
1 44 that remain unencumbered or unobligated at the close
1 45 of the fiscal year that begins July 1, 2002, shall
1 46 revert at the close of that fiscal year. However, if
1 47 the projects for which the moneys are appropriated are
1 48 completed in an earlier fiscal year, unencumbered or
1 49 unobligated moneys shall revert at the close of that
1 50 fiscal year."
