  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3409, to House File 349, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 15 and inserting the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 7, line 20, by striking the word
  1  7 "five" and inserting the following:  "three".
  1  8    #   .  Page 7, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "certified." the following:  "In enterprise zones
  1 10 designated pursuant to this subsection, only an
  1 11 eligible business under section 15E.193 shall be
  1 12 eligible for incentives and assistance.""
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
