1 2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. Page 11, line 1, by inserting after the word
1 4 "agreement." the following: "With respect to capital
1 5 projects, it is the intent of the general assembly to
1 6 fund capital projects that qualify as vertical
1 7 infrastructure projects as defined in section 8.57,
1 8 subsection 5, paragraph "c", to the extent practicable
1 9 in any fiscal year and without limiting other
1 10 qualifying capital expenditures considered and
1 11 approved by a constitutional majority of each house of
1 12 the general assembly and the governor."
1 13 #2. Page 12, by inserting after line 27, the
1 14 following:
1 15 "Sec. . RULES COMPLIANCE WITH THREE-FIFTHS.
1 16 The senate and the house of representatives shall
1 17 comply with any provision of law that requires a vote
1 18 of at least three-fifths of the members of both
1 19 chambers of the general assembly and approval by the
1 20 governor, which requirement shall also be a
1 21 requirement of the joint rules for the Seventy-ninth
1 22 General Assembly."
1 23 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
