  1  1    Amend House File 716, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 3, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  214A.8A  ETHANOL-BLENDED
  1  6 GASOLINE REQUIREMENT FOR FARM USE.
  1  7    1.  As used in this section, unless the context
  1  8 otherwise requires:
  1  9    a.  "Farm" means the same as defined in section
  1 10 190C.1.
  1 11    b.  "Implement of husbandry" means the same as
  1 12 defined in section 321.1.
  1 13    2.  A person shall not use an implement of
  1 14 husbandry that operates using a motor powered with
  1 15 gasoline on a farm, unless the motor is powered with
  1 16 ethanol blended gasoline."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
