  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by striking the word
  1  4 "RETROACTIVE".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 14 and 15 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "applies to tax years
  1  7 beginning on or after January 1, 2003."
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 16, by striking the words "word
  1  9 "a"" and inserting the following:  "words "a
  1 10 retroactive"".
