  1  1    Amend Senate File 537 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, line 6, by striking the figure
  1  3 "11,900,000" and inserting the following:
  1  4 "11,825,000".
  1  5    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 17, the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "d.  For provision of smoking cessation products as
  1  8 provided in this paragraph:  
  1  9 .................................................. $    75,000
  1 10    The department shall award grants to free health
  1 11 clinics that are tax-exempt organizations pursuant to
  1 12 26 U.S.C. } 501 (c)(3) to fund the provision of
  1 13 smoking cessation products to patients.  The
  1 14 department shall adopt a methodology for the awarding
  1 15 of the grants to the health clinics based upon the
  1 16 order of receipt of applications."
  1 17    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
