1 9 pollination."

1 24 "d. Sell a crop that originates from agricultural
1 25 seed as defined in section 199.1 which has been
1 26 genetically modified using a biotechnological system
1 27 or technique or sell a crop which has been
1 28 contaminated with a crop originating from such
1 29 genetically modified agricultural seed, unless the
1 30 person selling the crop provides a full written
1 31 disclosure to the purchaser. The disclosure must
1 32 notify the purchaser of the crop's origins or that it
1 33 is contaminated, according to rules adopted by the
1 34 department of agriculture and land stewardship. The
1 35 disclosure statement shall be signed by the purchaser
1 36 and kept as part of the seller's business records."
1 37 #7. Page 6, by inserting after line 30, the
1 38 following:
1 39 "4A. A person who sells a crop in violation of
1 40 subsection 1, paragraph "d", is guilty of a serious
1 41 misdemeanor."
1 42 #8. By renumbering as necessary.
