  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 37 through 39, and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "a shareholder or the
  1  5 shareholder's spouse who owns at least fifty-one fifty
  1  6 percent of the stock of the authorized farm
  1  7 corporation or the shareholder's spouse.".
