  1  1    Amend Senate File 491 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "million" the following:  ", two hundred fifty
  1  4 thousand".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 15, by striking the words "five
  1  6 million" and inserting the following:  "six million,
  1  7 two hundred fifty thousand".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 21 through 26, and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "surcharge."
  1 10    #4.  Page 1, line 27, by striking the words "the
  1 11 state."
  1 12    #5.  Page 2, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "state." the following:  "If colocation at community
  1 14 colleges if not feasible, the department shall
  1 15 attempt, to the extent possible, to colocate offices
  1 16 in the facilities of other government entities."
  1 17    #6.  By renumbering as necessary.
