  1  1    Amend House File 663, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 347.19, Code 2001, is amended
  1  6 to read as follows:
  1  7    347.19  COMPENSATION – EXPENSES.
  1  8    No A trustee shall may receive any a per diem
  1  9 compensation for services performed under this
  1 10 chapter, but a trustee in an amount as set by the
  1 11 board of supervisors and shall be reimbursed for any
  1 12 cash expenditures actually made for personal expenses
  1 13 incurred in the performance of duties.  An itemized
  1 14 statement of such expenses, verified by the oath of
  1 15 each such trustee, shall be filed with the secretary,
  1 16 and the same shall only be allowed by an affirmative
  1 17 vote of all trustees present at the meeting of the
  1 18 board."
  1 19    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 20 word "Act" the following:  "authorizing a per diem
  1 21 compensation for trustees of a county hospital and".
