  1  1    Amend Senate File 105 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by striking the word
  1  3 "benefits" and inserting the following:  "the total
  1  4 monetary value of all employee benefits for each job
  1  5 classification".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 35 and inserting the
  1  7 following:  "compensation including wages, salaries,
  1  8 base pay, overtime pay, additional duty pay, bonuses,
  1  9 and any earned leave paid at the time of separation."
  1 10    #3.  Page 2, line 1 by striking the words "all
  1 11 employee benefits" and inserting the following:  "Each
  1 12 employer of a public employee shall also itemize the
  1 13 total monetary value of all employee benefits for each
  1 14 job classification of public employee".
  1 15    #4.  Page 2, by striking line 5 and inserting the
  1 16 following:  "reimbursement, employee assistance plans,
  1 17 educational leaves, and retirement plans.  Public
  1 18 employee personnel information shall define the method
  1 19 used to arrive at the valuation of employee benefits
  1 20 for each public employee job classification.  "Public
  1 21 employee"".
  1 22    #5.  Page 2, by inserting after line 7 the
  1 23 following:
  1 24    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act takes effect
  1 25 on July 1, 2002."
  1 26    #6.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 27 word "compensation" the following:  "and providing an
  1 28 effective date".
