  1  1    Amend House File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 23, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  306.46  EFFECT ON ACCESS
  1  6 TO POLITICAL SUBDIVISION.
  1  7    In the construction, reconstruction, improvement,
  1  8 or maintenance of any highway under its jurisdiction,
  1  9 the department shall not close all paved highway
  1 10 access to a municipality."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 12 internal references as necessary.
