  1  1    Amend House File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 18, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. 101.  RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY.  The
  1  6 following provisions of this Act shall apply
  1  7 retroactively to April 25, 1999:
  1  8    1.  Section 34 of this Act, adding section 322A.1,
  1  9 subsection 9A.
  1 10    2.  Section 35 of this Act, amending section
  1 11 322A.11, unnumbered paragraph 1.
  1 12    3.  The provision of section 36 of this Act,
  1 13 amending section 322A.11, subsection 2.
  1 14    Sec. 102.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  The following
  1 15 provisions of this Act, being deemed of immediate
  1 16 importance, take effect upon enactment:
  1 17    1.  Section 30 of this Act, amending section 322.3,
  1 18 subsection 14.
  1 19    2.  Section 32 of this Act, amending section
  1 20 322.28.
  1 21    3.  Section 34 of this Act, adding section 322A.1,
  1 22 subsection 9A.
  1 23    4.  Section 35 of this Act, amending section
  1 24 322A.11, unnumbered paragraph 1.
  1 25    5.  The provision of section 36 of this Act,
  1 26 amending section 322A.11, subsection 2.
  1 27    6.  Section 101 of this Act, providing for
  1 28 retroactive applicability for the provisions described
  1 29 in subsections 3 through 5."
  1 30    #2.  Page 24, by striking lines 1 through 4.
  1 31    #3.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 32 word "penalty" the following:  ", a retroactive
  1 33 applicability date,".
  1 34    4.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 35 internal references as necessary.
