  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 23 and inserting the
  1  3 following:   "records during regular business hours.
  1  4 However, this section shall not be construed to
  1  5 prohibit the distribution of purple loosestrife
  1  6 (lythrum virgatum) or the seed of the plant as a gift
  1  7 between individuals.  Any person violating".
