  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "commissioner" the following:  "or, in the absence of
  1  5 a county weed commissioner, the board of supervisors".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "commissioner's" the following:  "or the board's".
