  1  1    Amend Senate File 348 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 7, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "students." the following:  "If a pilot charter school
  1  4 chooses not to comply with all of the provisions of
  1  5 statute or administrative rule, in accordance with
  1  6 section 256F.5, subsection 1, the pilot charter school
  1  7 shall provide a statement indicating the provisions
  1  8 with which the pilot charter school does not comply."
  1  9    #2.  Page 8, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "fulfilled." the following:  "The pilot charter school
  1 11 shall provide parents and guardians of students
  1 12 enrolled in the pilot charter school with a copy of
  1 13 the charter school application approved pursuant to
  1 14 section 256F.6."
