  1  1    Amend the amendment S-3155 to Senate File 349 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by striking the words "and the
  1  4 secretary of the senate" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "the secretary of the senate, and any other person or
  1  6 body".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, lines 20 and 21, by striking the words
  1  8 "or the secretary of the senate" and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "the secretary of the senate, or any other
  1 10 person or body".
