  1  1    Amend Senate File 432 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 11 and 12 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 321.446, subsections 1 and 2,
  1  5 Code 2001, are amended to read as follows:
  1  6    1.  A child under three six years of age who is
  1  7 being transported in a motor vehicle subject to
  1  8 registration, except a school bus or motorcycle, shall
  1  9 be secured during transit by a child restraint system
  1 10 which meets federal motor vehicle safety standards,
  1 11 and the system shall be used in accordance with the
  1 12 manufacturer's instructions."
  1 13    #2.  Page 1, line 13, by striking the word "three"
  1 14 and inserting the following:  "three six".
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
