  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3173, to Senate File 209, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 39 through 46, and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "The owner of infected
  1  5 cattle".
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, line 14, by striking the words "and
  1  7 the" and inserting the following:  "the".
  1  8    #3.  Page 3, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "council" the following:  ", a person actively engaged
  1 10 in beef cattle production who is appointed by the Iowa
  1 11 cattlemen's association, and a person actively engaged
  1 12 in dairying who is appointed by the Iowa dairy
  1 13 products association".
