  1  1    Amend Senate File 240 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 7 through 13 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "total of six public
  1  4 schools, four located in school districts with an
  1  5 actual enrollment of one thousand pupils or less, and
  1  6 two located in school districts with an actual
  1  7 enrollment of over one thousand pupils.  The
  1  8 department shall notify all applicant".
