1 1 Section 1. NEW SECTION. 483A.31A RECIPROCAL NONRESIDENT
1 2 HUNTING AND FISHING FEES – SOUTH DAKOTA.
1 3 Notwithstanding section 483A.1, the fees for nonresident
1 4 fishing licenses and nonresident hunting licenses for
1 5 applicants who are residents of the state of South Dakota
1 6 shall be the same amount as the fees that residents of this
1 7 state would pay when applying for equivalent licenses to hunt
1 8 or fish in the state of South Dakota.
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This bill provides that, notwithstanding Code section
1 11 483A.1, the fees for nonresident fishing licenses and
1 12 nonresident hunting licenses for applicants who are residents
1 13 of the state of South Dakota shall be the same amounts as the
1 14 fees that residents of this state would pay when applying for
1 15 equivalent licenses to hunt or fish in the state of South
1 16 Dakota.
