1 1 Section 1. NEW SECTION. 455B.307B CLEANUP NOTIFICATION.
1 2 At least one day prior to removing solid waste from a
1 3 property, a political subdivision shall provide the property
1 4 owner with notice of intent to remove solid waste from the
1 5 property that is not in an area or a receptacle provided for
1 6 discarding of solid waste.
1 7 Sec. 2. NEW SECTION. 455B.363A CLEANUP NOTIFICATION.
1 8 At least one day prior to removing litter from a property,
1 9 a political subdivision shall provide the property owner with
1 10 notice of intent to remove litter from the property that is
1 11 not in an area or a receptacle provided for discarding of
1 12 litter.
1 13 EXPLANATION
1 14 This bill provides that a political subdivision shall
1 15 provide notice to a property owner at least one day prior to
1 16 removing from the property litter or solid waste that is not
1 17 in an area or a receptacle provided for discarding of solid
1 18 waste or litter.
