  1  1    Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  729.4A  RIGHT TO JUDICIAL REVIEW.
  1  2    Any action by an employer which restricts, in any way, the
  1  3 right or ability of an employee at will to commence an action
  1  4 in the district court if the employee at will is involuntarily
  1  5 discharged from employment by the employer shall not be
  1  6 enforceable against an employee at will.  
  1  7                           EXPLANATION
  1  8    This bill provides that an employee at will has the right
  1  9 to seek judicial review in district court if the employee at
  1 10 will is involuntarily discharged from employment by the
  1 11 employer and that right cannot be abridged.
