1 2 BY COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATION AND RULES
1 3 A Concurrent Resolution amending the compensation
1 4 resolution for employees of the Seventy-ninth General
1 5 Assembly.
1 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
1 7 SENATE CONCURRING, That for the duration of the 2002
1 8 Regular Session of the Seventy-ninth General Assembly,
1 9 secretaries to senators and representatives are
1 10 presumed to have 36, rather than 40, hours of work
1 11 each week the general assembly is in session and shall
1 12 be paid only on that basis.
1 13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the following joint
1 14 Senate/House employees of the Seventy-ninth General
1 15 Assembly be placed in the following pay grades and be
1 16 paid an overtime premium:
1 17 Security Secretary I.......................... Grade 19
1 18 Security Officer I............................ Grade 20
1 19 Security Officer II........................... Grade 23
1 20 Conservation/Restoration Specialist II........ Grade 31
1 21 LSB 5588HV 79
