1 4 "Sec. . 2002 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2326,
1 5 section 51, if enacted, is amended to read as follows:
1 6 SEC. 51. TOURISM OPERATIONS. There is
1 7 appropriated from the community attraction and tourism
1 8 fund created in section 15F.204 to the department of
1 9 economic development for the fiscal year beginning
1 10 July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2003, the following
1 11 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used
1 12 for the purposes designated:
1 13 For tourism operations, including salaries,
1 14 support, maintenance, and miscellaneous purposes:
1 15 .................................................. $ 1,200,000
1 16 Of the amount appropriated in this section,
1 17 $100,000 shall be used by the Iowa Lewis and Clark
1 18 bicentennial commission established in section
1 19 15.221."
