  1  1    Amend Senate File 2326, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 166, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 123.3, subsection 12A, Code
  1  6 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    12A.  "Designated security employee" means an
  1  8 agent, contract employee, or employee of a licensee or
  1  9 permittee who is primarily employed for security
  1 10 purposes works in a security position in any capacity
  1 11 at a commercial establishment licensed or permitted
  1 12 under this chapter."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
