  1  1    Amend Senate File 2318, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 21 through 26 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "(1)  For prepayment in the 2003 calendar year,
  1  6 four percent.
  1  7    (2)  For prepayment in the 2004 calendar year,
  1  8 twenty-one percent.
  1  9    (3)  For prepayment in the 2005 and subsequent
  1 10 calendar years, fifty percent."
  1 11    #2.  By striking page 3, line 34 through page 4,
  1 12 line 4 and inserting the following:
  1 13    "(1)  For prepayment in the 2003 and 2004 calendar
  1 14 years, eleven percent.
  1 15    (2)  For prepayment in the 2005 calendar year,
  1 16 twenty-six percent.
  1 17    (3)  For prepayment in the 2006 and subsequent
  1 18 calendar years, fifty percent."
