  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 15 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "8.  ALTERNATIVE PROCESS.  This section does not
  1  6 apply to institutions governed under chapter 262,
  1  7 public airports, rural water districts incorporated
  1  8 and organized pursuant to chapter 357A, or municipal
  1  9 utilities established pursuant to chapter 388 that
  1 10 have adopted an alternative process for solicitation,
  1 11 selection, and awarding of a contract to a
  1 12 construction manager."
