1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. . ECONOMIC EMERGENCY FUND APPROPRIATION.
1 6 There is appropriated from the Iowa economic emergency
1 7 fund created in section 8.55 to the college student
1 8 aid commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1 9 2002, and ending June 30, 2003, the following amount,
1 10 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
1 11 purposes designated:
1 12 For the registered nurse recruitment program
1 13 established as provided in this Act:
1 14 .................................................. $ 99,000
1 15 Moneys appropriated in this section are declared to
1 16 be appropriated for emergency expenditures as required
1 17 in section 8.55, subsection 3, paragraph "a"."
1 18 #2. Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
1 19 word "commission" the following: "and making an
1 20 appropriation".
1 21 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
