1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the

1 6 and inserting the following: "an accredited".
1 7 # . Page 1, by striking line 19 ,and inserting
1 8 the following: "this state, on a full-time or part-
1 9 time basis in a course of study leading to a
1 10 collegiate or associate degree of nursing, a diploma
1 11 in nursing, or a graduate or equivalent degree in
1 12 nursing, if the".
1 13 # . Page 1, line 29, by striking the words
1 14 "registered nurse" and inserting the following:

1 16 # . Page 1, by striking lines 32 and 33, and
1 17 inserting the following:
1 18 "3. A student enrolled at an accredited school of
1 19 nursing, which is located in this state, on a full-
1 20 time or part-time basis in a course of study leading
1 21 to a collegiate or associate degree of nursing, a
1 22 diploma in nursing, or a graduate or equivalent degree
1 23 in nursing, shall be eligible for a tuition"."
